Hélène Josse Belthoise

Hélène Josse Belthoise studied harmony and counterpoint at the Paris Conservatory before training with Madeleine Giraudeau-Basset and Françoise Buffet-Arsenijevic. She went on to qualify in piano teaching from the École Normale de Musique de Paris, graduating in 1988.
She is particularly fond of the accomplice training of the piano with four hands and performs with a repertoire ranging from Mozart's sonatas to creations of contemporary works. She performs recitals and recordings with Bruno Belthoise. A taste for exploring different musical avenues has been a constant feature of her career. She studied choral direction, did voice training, took a course in sound recording, and has been involved in the artistic direction of several chamber music recordings for Disques Coriolan and the label Frémeaux & Associés .
Hélène Josse Belthoise is qualified to train music teachers and currently teaches at the Aubervilliers−La Courneuve Regional Conservatory and Herblay-sur-Seine Conservatory. She has been developing for several years a repertoire of arrangements for various instrumental formations for pedagogical purposes and for professional interpreters.
