Born - 13 of May 1969 in Maputo, Mozambique.
Studied Organ in the Escola do Conservatório Nacional. Degree in Music Education at the Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa, currently attends a Master’s Degree in Musical Education at the same school.
Worked as a Piano-Accompanist at the Dance School of the Conservatório Nacional de Música in Lisbon and in London at the Royal Ballet School, the Central School of Ballet, London Studio Centre, the English National Ballet School and the Laban Centre among many other dance-training establishments. Whilst in the United Kingdom he was also active as a Choral Conductor in the locality in which he lived.
Developed a project called Creative Orchestra for children at the Conservatório Metropolitano de Lisboa and taught at the Instituto Gregoriano de Lisboa among other schools in the country.
At Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa teaches the Curricular Unit of Practical Music Initiation at the Choral Conducting And Musical Education Department. At the Community Music course teaches the Curricular Units in the area of Musicianship, Professional Practice – Community Music and Keyboard Accompanying.
Is responsible for creating projects of pedagogical interest as a Monitor at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
He composed several pieces for documentary, songs for voice and piano, choral music for SATB and children as well as small instrumental groups.
